These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and website operated by Dockt Hospitality (trading as Dockt) ("Dockt", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dockt provides custom branded tap points (Dockt Plates), print essentials, and a venue management dashboard with a suite of apps for hospitality venues in Australia. The Service includes:
The dashboard and apps are available on Free, Core and Pro tiers. Current pricing and the features included in each tier are set out on our pricing page.
All orders submitted through our website are order requests, not confirmed orders. An order is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and complete payment via the Stripe link we provide. We reserve the right to decline any order request.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are only accepted for delivery within Australia.
All physical products are custom manufactured to your specifications. By submitting an order, you:
We will provide a design proof before production. You are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions at no charge. Once you approve the design, production commences and no further changes can be made.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, destination links, venue details and the content you create in your apps). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce it to operate the Service and produce your products.
All Dockt branding, website content, software, and design work created by us remains the intellectual property of Dockt. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our branding without prior written permission.
The Dockt dashboard is available on a Free tier and on paid Core and Pro tiers. One paid subscription covers every app included in your tier. By subscribing to a paid tier:
Prices shown are in AUD and include GST for Australian venues. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
The Dockt apps (Loyalty, Reservations, Menu, Tasks, Shifts, Stock and Notices) let you collect and manage information about your members, guests and staff. You are the controller of that data: you are responsible for collecting it lawfully, for the messages and content you send, and for honouring requests from the people it concerns. We process it on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
On tiers that include SMS, you can send messages to your members, guests and staff (for example reward reminders, table-ready alerts, shift confirmations and stock alerts). By sending SMS through Dockt, you confirm that:
SMS is delivered through a third-party provider, and message delivery cannot be guaranteed. We may apply fair-use limits and may suspend SMS for misuse.
Dex AI is a read-only assistant available on the Pro tier. It analyses your existing venue data to answer questions and surface insights, and it cannot change, delete or send anything on your behalf. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional, legal, financial or compliance advice. You remain responsible for any decisions you make. Dex AI features and availability may change as the product evolves.
You need an account to access the Dockt dashboard. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Accounts are issued on a per-venue basis. You may invite staff and managers and assign them roles; you are responsible for who you invite, the access you grant them, and removing that access when it is no longer needed. Please tell us at hello@dockt.com.au if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if you are in breach of these terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, and we exclude implied warranties other than those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockt's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
