Yes. Design is included in every hardware order at no extra charge. Share your logo and branding notes: we handle the design and send you a proof for approval before production begins.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and order size. We'll include a shipping quote in your order confirmation. We ship Australia-wide using tracked, insured services.
You submit an order request first. We review your order, create your design, and send you a proof and a Stripe payment link. Payment happens after you approve the design. Production begins after payment clears.
If you cancel, your plates revert to Traditional mode: the destination URL is locked permanently to whatever it was last set to in your dashboard. Your plates still work and guests can still tap them to that URL, but you lose dashboard access and analytics. No refund is issued for partial months after the billing date.
Smart gives you the core dashboard: live URL updates, tap analytics, and multi-destination Connections. Smart Plus adds built-in venue features on top: Smart Reviews, Queue, Digital Menu, Smart Scheduler, and SMS notifications. Smart Plus is for venues that want the full platform, not just tap management.
