By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you use the Dockt Smart dashboard, we store the venue name, URL slug, logo, brand colour, and optional action URLs (menu, reviews, reservations, social media) that you configure within the platform. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties:

Order information is retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Dashboard account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after closure.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Our dashboard is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe: we do not store card numbers or payment credentials. Despite our efforts, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
