All Dockt NFC products include a 6-month replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. If your product develops a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it. No questions asked.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for NFC-powered and custom branded products. This is because:
We strongly encourage you to review your order details, branding notes, and the design proof carefully before approving production. We offer up to 2 rounds of design revisions at no charge.
The 6-month replacement guarantee covers the following manufacturing defects:
To make a warranty claim, email hello@dockt.com.au with your order number and a photo of the defective product. We will assess and respond within 2–3 business days.
The following are not covered under the replacement guarantee:
We offer adhesive backing replacements for products where the original adhesive has failed due to normal table surface variation. Email hello@dockt.com.au for assistance. This is provided at low cost and is not covered under the standard replacement guarantee.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided design work has not yet commenced. Once design work has started, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, email hello@dockt.com.au immediately after placing your order.
Custom print products (coasters, stickers, loyalty cards, placecards, table tents) are manufactured to your specific design and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a printing quality issue present at the time of delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will assess each case individually.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of this policy. If you believe your product has a major failure, please contact us at hello@dockt.com.au.
