These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and website operated by Dockt ("Dockt", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dockt provides custom branded NFC touchpoints, print essentials, and a Smart dashboard subscription service ("Smart") for hospitality venues in Australia. The Service includes:
All orders submitted through our website are order requests, not confirmed orders. An order is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us (hello@dockt.com.au) and complete payment via the Stripe link we provide. We reserve the right to decline any order request.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Orders are only accepted for delivery within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
All physical products are custom manufactured to your specifications. By submitting an order, you:
We will provide a design proof before production. You are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions at no charge. Once you approve the design, production commences and no further changes can be made.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, URLs, venue details). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it as part of the Service and to produce physical products as directed by you.
All Dockt branding, website content, software, and design work created by us remains the intellectual property of Dockt. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our branding or content without prior written permission.
The Dockt Smart dashboard is available on a month-to-month subscription at the price listed on our Pricing page. By subscribing:
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are in breach of these terms.
As a venue owner you are responsible for all content configured through your account, including redirect URLs, labels, logos, and other settings. You warrant that any content you configure does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and does not contain illegal, defamatory or harmful material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockt's liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit or revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
